Lamb and sweet potato curry

Spice up your dinner menu with a flavoursome curry.

Serves 4

Lamb and sweet potato curry30ml oil
1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, cut into cubes
30ml rajah all-in-one curry powder
15ml robertsons shishanyama seasoning
500g lamb, cubed
4 sweet potatoes, peeled and cubed
1 x packet of knorr rich oxtail soup

Preparation

  • In a large pot, heat oil. Add onions and green pepper and fry for 3 minutes
  • Add rajah all-in-one curry powder and robertsons shishanyama seasoning, and stir.
  • Add the lamb cubes and continue to fry until the cubes are brown
  • Add the sweet potatoes and butternut together with the knorr rich oxtail soup mixed with 400ml water to the pot and let it simmer until the meat is tender and the vegetables are cooked    

Serving suggestion: serve your curry with rice or steamed bread
