Unilever South Africa partners Integrity Promotions to inspire leadership
Technical ingenuity and impactful presentation format at the 2011 Unilever South Africa Management Conference at the Durban ICC.
The 350 strong management team of Unilever SA were enveloped in a sensory experience, captivating them with a personalised integration of surround sound, custom designed lighting and 360 degree surround blended projection… all channelled into short and sharp presentations owned by 7 leaders of Unilever SA . The result, what is normally a two day conference was transformed into a 2011 style interactive focused session achieving greater impact of message and content sharing.
“In an environment of information overload, we were looking for a creative way of engaging and motivating our Leadership Team” said Antoinette Irvine, Vice President HR, Unilever South Africa. “This format helped us to cut across the clutter and land our messages effectively”.
The delegates were delighted and inspired by the technically driven concept. A 50 strong technical crew, lead by Dean Fourie – technical director for Integrity Promotions, brought to life the challenging 18 ton tailor-made ‘theatre’ room and integrated audio visual components, whilst keeping a firm hand on health and safety for the specialised environment.
